We encourage every agent to build their own brand, and we’re here to help make that happen at an affordable rate! Our platform provides free templates and designs, as well as office-specific logos that you can have access to at all times.
No way! We have weekly meetings that are open to all, but none are mandatory. We believe in our agents building their schedule to fit their business and goals, and we try to do that through providing growth opportunities, but not mandatory ones. We do not have desk or phone duty like a traditional brokerage either - our staff handles all of the day-to-day needs so you can focus on what is most important to your business.
We process all commissions via ACH, and they are deposited in your account the day after the office center receives the funds from the title company. We believe in getting you your money as quickly as possible, and have a proven system of doing so!
You have the option! We have a large office space, which hosts a group of closed-door office spaces and an open cubicle area. Both offices and cubicles are available for monthly rental fees. Even so, we have a variety of open work spaces that are available 24/7 to agents - no fee required! We hope that you’ll join us for in-person training, and consider the office your home-away-from-home.
We have a variety of conference rooms that are available to our agents for client meetings. They can be reserved ahead of time, and scheduling is easy! If you are using our in-house title company, then they even make the reservation for you, to help make the process as smooth as possible.
